2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. wpvvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. wpvvip may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This process may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wpvvip account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. wpvvip will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You agree to notify wpvvip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. wpvvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your wpvvip account, whether or not you authorized such activity. wpvvip reserves the right to void any bets or transactions that are found to have been placed by an unauthorized third party using your account credentials.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. wpvvip currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. wpvvip reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the wpvvip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). wpvvip does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These minimums are subject to change at wpvvip's discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or due to KYC verification requirements.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. wpvvip does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. wpvvip is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. wpvvip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by wpvvip are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to your wpvvip account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. wpvvip reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Eligibility. wpvvip reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be withdrawn from players whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the wpvvip Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. wpvvip does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, wpvvip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. wpvvip's decision in such matters is final.

9.2 Limited License. wpvvip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not use any wpvvip trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names without the prior written consent of wpvvip. Any unauthorized use of wpvvip's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 Platform Availability. wpvvip does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. wpvvip reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.
10.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wpvvip provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.3 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wpvvip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wpvvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. In no event shall wpvvip be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
11.1 Termination by wpvvip. wpvvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for reasons other than breach of these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.
11.3 Termination by Player. You may close your wpvvip account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
11.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance. wpvvip will notify you via email before applying any inactivity fees.
12.1 Right to Amend. wpvvip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform, unless otherwise stated.
12.2 Notification. wpvvip will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and wpvvip, you agree to first contact wpvvip's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. wpvvip will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
13.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings. You agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
